What we do:

Our global client services team is focused on creating deeper, more innovative and more productive long-term relationships with our largest global advertisers and their agency partners. We take a consultative approach to designing mid- and long-term engagement plans that support our client's most ambitious growth goals with bespoke integrations across media, data, technology and business processes. We partner with our global counterparts who are focused on campaign management, solutions architecture and technical account management, product, insights and sales to execute and demonstrate business impact to c-level stakeholders. In this role, you will work on one of our largest global CPG clients, implementing and scaling strategic initiatives in markets around the world.

What you'll do:



  • Manage a portfolio of business alongside teammates on Account Management, Trading, and Business Development teams.
  • Balance long-term (12 months+) planning with short-term objectives in order to meet and/or exceed revenue goals.
  • Study your client's business opportunities, challenges and growth strategies to advise on strategic integrations across data, technology and business processes.
  • Influence & execute corporate level strategy by driving growth with key clients.
  • Lead cross-division client communication, projects, and deliverables.
  • Use creative and strategic problem-solving skills to find solutions that are mutually beneficial to TTD and our clients.
  • Possess innate understanding of the varied business models employed by clients and ability to capture essence of a problem and drive to solution.
  • Constantly review and optimize workflow & processes for health of client's business, which involvesproject managementofcross-functionalteams.
  • Contribute to global account ownership for performance against revenue targets and P&L management.
  • Quickly develop business acumen across multiple verticals & advertisers with ability to become trusted subject matter expert
  • Build, maintain, and execute engagement plans, both internally & externally, with Clients and partners.
  • Inform ourproduct roadmapand the globalclient servicesvision & strategy.
  • Work closely with the rest of the client services team to develop and execute an onboarding plan that will make customers successful with our programmatic buying platform.
  • Govern global strategy, planning, and relationships for long-term growth of key global partners


Who you are:



  • 10 years' relevant experience in media or a related industry, ideally with strong programmatic experience and/or background in TV. Experience working with global teams is a plus. Experience in consulting a plus.
  • Experience in CPG
  • Extensive experience in developing, nurturing and managing client strategy and executive-level relationships.
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships with internal and externalstakeholders, executive teams, and industry groups through superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to grasp and communicate with gravitas on media,marketingand technical subject matter.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and how media, programmatic, data, measurement and technology fit into the full picture
  • Excellent influencing andnegotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excited about the prospect of business travel internationally.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$111,100 $203,600 USD
