Job Overview

The Access Control Coordinator provides access to parking structures and property for CHCO; responsible for billing and assorted administrative duties.

Job Status:Full time, 40 hours per week.
Shift:Day, 7:30am to 4pm, in person role.

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION - High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • EXPERIENCE - Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Responsibilities

POPULATION SPECIFIC CARE
No direct patient care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.Responsible for issuing and maintaining parking and access control or requiring badging access to CHCO facilities. Required to assist employee staff and non-employee personnel.
2.Performs billing duties related to parking fees, payment collections or parking violations. Duties may include coordinating payroll deductions, cash or check balancing, and processing credit card payments.
3.Performs clerical and administrative support duties for direct supervisors or function area. Duties may include setting up and maintaining files, interfacing with clients, making referrals, arranging meetings, appointments and conferences.
4.Provides customer service to walk-in customers or on the phone.
5.Establishes and documents parking policies and procedures.

SCOPE AND LEVEL

Guidelines: Guidelines are generally numerous, well established, and directly applicable to the work assignment. Work assignment and desired results are explained by general oral or written instructions.

Complexity: Falls between the entry and full performance/senior level. Duties assigned are generally repetitive and restricted in scope but may be of substantial intricacy. Employee primarily applies standardized practices.

Decision Making:Decisions or recommendations on non-standardized situations are limited to relating organizational policies to specific cases; brings non-routine issues to supervisor; problems that are not covered by guidelines or are without precedent are taken up with the supervisor.

Communications: Contacts with the public or employees where explanatory or interpretive information is exchanged, gathered, or presented and some degree of discretion and judgment are required within the parameters of the job function.

Supervision Received: Under normal supervision, within a standardized work situation, the employee performs duties common to the line of work without close supervision or detailed instruction. Work product is subject to continual review.

Salary Information

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $46,178.32 to $69,267.49
Hourly Salary Range: $22.20 to $33.30
