Overview R&P is looking for a Mid to Senior level Cybersecurity professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Mid/Senior-level Cybersecurity (RMF ISSO) ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. The successful candidate will provide full-time direct support to the U.S. Navy's Above Water Sensors and Lasers Program, PEO IWS 2,0. You will serve as an RMF and Cyber SME within the Program Protection Working Group and provide direct support working as the Lead Cybersecurity Analyst representing and augmenting the government supporting Authorizations and Assessment and Cyber Security efforts. You will be responsible for directly managing new and existing Navy Advanced Radar information system ATO packages. You will be expected to oversee and maintain the Cyber security posture and Authority to Operate compliance measures for all RMF packages. A hybrid work environment is acceptable, however, you must have the ability to work regularly in and around the Washington Navy Yard and travel up to 5% of the time. Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include providing technical and programmatic services and an ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all levels of government and industry.
