Position Description The North America Director - Aftermarket Commissioning/Service leads the aftermarket strategy for Data Center Cooling Commissioning/Service operations across the US and Canada. This role involves high-level strategic planning, resource alignment, and customer relationship management, ensuring all regional operations meet company goals and customer expectations. The North America Director - Aftermarket Commissioning/Service works directly with senior customer stakeholders, coordinates with Regional Operations Managers on project timelines and resource planning and is responsible for overseeing aftermarket operations and service quality across North America. Key Responsibilities Define and drive aftermarket strategy for North American commissioning/service operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations. Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning on project timelines, resource planning, and service quality. Oversee Regional Operations Manages, providing guidance, resources, and support to optimize regional operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic planning, workforce deployment, and project ramp-up/ramp-down to ensure timely and efficient resource allocation. Monitor operational performance, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices across regions. Required Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, however, in lieu of formal education, 15+ years of HVAC experience in HVAC commissioning/service with 5+ years in a leadership role In lieu of formal education, 15+ years of HVAC experience in HVAC commissioning/service with 5+ years in a leadership role Comprehensive knowledge of data center operations, aftermarket strategy, and customer relationship management preferred Strong leadership skills with experience managing managers and driving team performance across diverse regions Ability for strategic vision for managing large-scale operations across multiple regions with a focus on high-level customer satisfaction Proficiency in operational planning, resource management, and problem-solving in a complex, multi-site environment Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with executive-level customers Modine is an equal opportunity employer.
