Senior Manager, Medicare Sales

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Manager, Medicare Sales will achieve member enrollment and retention goals for SFHP's Dual-Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) by developing sales opportunities and building relationships with prospective members, existing members, and their families and communities. You will partner with clinical teammates to ensure seamless member experience. You will manage broker relationships and develop a high performing team to achieve annual sales goals and quality measures. You will bring expertise in CRM tools.

Please note that while SFHP supports a hybrid work environment, you are required to be onsite and in-office a minimum of 4 days per month. This is a hybrid position, based in our Downtown San Francisco office.

Salary: $150,000 to $177,000 per year

WHAT YOU WILL DO:



  • Coach and motivate agents to achieve or exceed sales targets while focusing on quality and compliance.
  • Manage the daily activities of the team by analyzing calls and reports, assessing areas of opportunity, managing work assignments and assuring agents provide positive consumer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends and members' needs.
  • Develop strategies and work plans to meet compliance and audit requirements.
  • Meet organizational enrollment benchmarks for product growth campaigns.
  • Meet minimum performance and production standards, which may be adjusted on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis to meet the department goals for all lines of business.
  • Coordinate departmental activities to ensure agents can sell with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify compliance and quality improvements and initiate corrective actions.
  • Partner on projects related to systems or inter-department initiatives.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:



  • High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Public Health or other related areas preferred
  • A California state health insurance license required
  • 2+ years of experience in Medicare sales, managed care, insurance or financial services industry
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a sales, production or call center environment
  • Experience developing strategic plans for implementation of Medicare sales
  • Expertise in CRM tools
  • Bilingual in Cantonese or Spanish preferred
