Role Summary:

Senior dynamic leader accountable for ownership and execution of the division's Revenue Management strategy. This individual will set the agenda and drive adoption of Revenue Management best practices across the organization to fuel sustainable profitable growth. The Senior Director, RGM will develop Revenue Management capabilities for the division (pricing, PPA, mix, promo, trade terms), helping to build holistic commercial strategies and execution plans that drive value. In addition, the incumbent will guide and support the organization on analytics, insight identification, value sizing, translation to initiatives, and sell-in into market; they will embed the rhythms of Revenue Management analysis, planning, and review. The Senior Director, RGM will be accountable for identification of cross-category opportunities as well, providing scalable analytics, insights and initiatives, and share best practices and trends.

Principal Accountabilities:

He / she will own overall Revenue Management agenda and guidelines, including annual review, planning and improvement cycle for all brands across the division. He / she will own and maintain RM tools and dashboards. The Senior Director will develop trade terms structure; promotional guardrails and veto promo and trade structures outside of guardrails. He / she will influence local strategic planning process, specific Revenue Management opportunities (pricing, price pack architecture, mix management), and RM strategy and execution within the division. This individual will develop RM capabilities and team members.

Job Complexities:

  • Partner with category, brand and customer teams to develop Revenue Management strategies based on analytics & insights.

  • Coordinate with Sales Strategy and Customer teams to activate Revenue Management initiatives in market

  • Partner with Finance to track and manage KPIs and on planning process

  • Coordinate with IT to develop and maintain RM analytic tools and data based on business requirements

  • Organize quarterly RM meetings and other forums for cross-trainings and best practices sharing

  • Coordinate upskilling effort in the organization to embed Revenue Management mindset and analytic framework into current business processes

  • Lead and direct team of RM professionals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or other discipline that requires quantitative knowledge

  • Fifteen years' experience within Sales / Marketing; must have advanced revenue management/ customer and trade planning experience.

  • Prior revenue management leadership experience, ideally with experience in marketing and/or sales

  • Proven track record of driving initiatives from strategy to execution.

  • Expert business acumen including the ability to formulate pricing strategies that enhance brand value for customers and consumers and achieve company's top and bottom-line growth targets

  • Track record of success in driving growth and profitability of a business based on insights from consumer research and competitive/industry intelligence.

  • Independent, analytical thinker: Has strategic perspective and initiative necessary to

develop new organizational capabilities. Ability to apply analytic insights to commercial strategies.

  • Cross functional experience: Ability to work across Category, Brand, Sales strategy,

Customer teams and Finance. Ability to influence business decision in cross-functional forums. Collaboration with cross-functional team to develop roadmap and execute RM strategy.

  • Experienced and respected across org: can successfully secure buy-in, engage across

functions, help drive analytic insights into an aligned set of commercial actions. Ability to upskill cross-functional team members to embed RM mindset and analytic frameworks into Category/Brand/Customer Financial planning processes and strategies.

  • Strong people skills: Can teach, enable, and embed RM capabilities in org, as well as

communicate with Leadership and other divisions

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$194,600-$279,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
