Job Summary

Conduct daily HRIS operations, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with policies and regulations. Manage user access, security settings, and system configurations to meet evolving business requirements. Design and maintain the HRIS in support of West Bend's data management and reporting needs. Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS. Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business stakeholders, providing actionable insights for workforce planning, talent management, and compliance. Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making. Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support ongoing system usage and adoption. Collaborate with HR leaders to develop solutions leveraging HR systems. Regularly evaluate the current state of the system and integrations, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancements and ensure alignment with the organization's goals. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing of updates. Ensure data infrastructure supports future growth and integration of data for analytical insights. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations.Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule.Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

    5+ years of experience working with UKG as an HRIS Analyst
  • Level of position will be contingent upon experience
  • Working knowledge of a variety of PC applications and report-generating tools including relational database concepts and demonstrated expertise with HRIS report writers.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills and problem solving abilities
  • Oral and Written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Education and Training

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or applicable related field
  • FPC or CPP designation
  • Completion of Designation in General Insurance


Benefits

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
