A Large Southeastern Wisconsin Dealer Group is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to take our team to the next level!
Sales Managers are responsible for profitability in the new and/or used vehicle departments and customer retention. To achieve this, they must effectively manage sales personnel, have a strong knowledge of the market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data as well as strong customer relations skills. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to desking and closing of deals, floor and phone traffic control, inventory control, merchandising, and hiring and training sales consultants. The ideal person will be able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume store with a large inventory. Looking for experience and a proven track record in good inventory management, merchandising, and sales consultant development. An experienced salesperson is a plus but not required.
