It's the place where news and entertainment collide with the best talent in the business. Fox Nation and the Talent team are looking for an Executive Assistant. Every day - we strive to bring unique and aspirational ideas to the viewers. We have the most compelling storytellers to help shepherd those ideas from inception through execution to every platform at Fox News Media. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate person to complement the team and be a stakeholder in all we do. This is a critical role with a wide range of responsibilities across several additional departments, including media training, Fox Books, Hair and Makeup, and Wardrobe.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing full administrative support

• Managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings

• Serving as the liaison and gatekeeper to internal and external stakeholders including talent, management, staff, agents, and production companies

• Handling audio/visual video conferencing and teleconferencing requests

• Manage all aspects of business travel, travel agendas, and process expense reports

• Plan and coordinate team staff meetings, events, and branded programming events including off-sites

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Knowledge of Fox News/Fox Business/Fox Nation talent and programming

• Bachelor's degree and or relevant work experience

• A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook, and a can-do attitude

• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle numerous projects and deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment

• Strong editorial judgment

• Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion

• Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters proactively

• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and be available on holidays, weekends, and during breaking news

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $22.25-31.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
