We're hiring a VP, Terminal Operations. The Vice President, Terminal Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a terminal's operational activities, including managing staff, optimizing cargo handling processes, ensuring safety compliance, and achieving operational efficiency to meet strategic goals for the terminal business. The focus is to develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to improve terminal efficiency, cost control, and throughput, aligning with company goals and to deliver on spec fuels safely. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in terminal operations, midstream/downstream energy sector with a focus on procedures and safety. Strong leadership and communication skills Problem solving capabilities Project management skills Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of best practices and Industry standards. Strategic thinking Understanding of operational processes and best practices Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards Financial management skills with experience in budgeting Multitask Talent evaluation Able to be an incident commander for any type of emergency response Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred We value passion and potential.
