The Project Coordinator (PC) supports the Sunbelt Solomon Project Management Team in the coordination and execution of rental quotations and projects, maintaining the highest level of detail at all stages of the process. Working within Sunbelt Solomon's ERP and CRM platforms, the PC is responsible for the timely and accurate input and maintenance of data. The PC will be responsible for the procurement of vendor information (price, delivery, specifications, availability, etc.) to support the team's quotation process, execution, and rental logistics. This is a full time onsite position. The ideal candidate would be within commuting distance of our Conroe, TX or Sharon, PA corporate office.

* Logistics Management
The PC will manage all freight tasks, both project related and internal equipment transfers.

* Freight Vendor Management
PC's will be responsible for finding new, establishing, and maintaining strong freight vendor relationships. As well as issuing purchase orders and approving and good receipting freight invoices.

* Sales Support and Administration
The PCs will work with the Sales team to ensure project data is accurately reflected in the Sunbelt Solomon ERP and CRM systems at all times. When required the PCs will work with vendors to source equipment for rental and will prepare and update POs for project purchasing activities and create goods receipts and respond to any related requests for information from the accounting department.

* AR Invoicing Support
As required, provide direction to support preparation of outgoing customer invoices and ERP reports to ensure rental invoicing is accurate and timely.

* Other duties as may be required to support the team as required by the Company's needs.

* Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
* Excellent task management skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Experience with the SAPB1 ERP (considered an asset)
* Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce experience would be considered an asset)
* Strong computer literacy is essential with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite of products
* Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
* Exceptional telephone manner
* Ability to work collaboratively with the Sales and Operations teams
* High degree of professionalism and maturity
* Ability to take direction and accept responsibility
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Able to work a flexible schedule, including working beyond regular hours
