Senior Product Manager | CPQ

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our CPQ strategy, driving product development, and ensuring our solution seamlessly integrates with CRM and ERP platforms. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric product leader with deep expertise in CPQ software, a strong understanding of 3D visualization, and experience with the complexities of configuration-driven quoting. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and how configured parts are sold is highly desirable.

What you will be doing:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Epicor's CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Drive seamless integration between CPQ, CRM, and ERP systems to enhance customer workflows, leading cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Identify customer pain points in complex quoting, pricing, and configuration, translating them into product requirements.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and pricing models in collaboration with sales and marketing, analyzing data and key product metrics to measure success and inform iterative improvements.
• Represent the voice of the customer through direct engagement, industry events, and webinars, staying ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to drive product innovation.
• Work closely with partners to explore potential integrations and ecosystem expansion.

What you will likely bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in CPQ software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of 3D visualization in CPQ and experience in delivering configuration-driven quoting solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and their role in CPQ workflows.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, including how complex, configurable products are quoted and sold.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
