Position Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst II to support our Data Center vertical. This role will provide financial analysis, reporting, and business support to ensure efficient operations and financial performance. The ideal candidate comes with experience in finance and will ensure timely consolidation and dissemination of all financial products and other advice to relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure informed strategic, tactical and operational decision making and process improvements.

This is a hybrid role which requires the individual to be onsite four (4) days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one (1) day per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with other financial analysts and finance manager to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews and forecasts.
  • Identify the root cause for forecast variances. Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders on process improvements.
  • Use learnings and insights to refine future financial forecasts.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecast, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, material variances, and labor expenses to identify opportunities for cost improvement.
  • Use knowledge of financial systems to streamline reporting and provide in depth ad-hocanalysis.
  • Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiencies and costs savings.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assess cost impacts, and support capital expenditure analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and procedures. Support audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with sales & marketing team to support strategic customer engagements.
  • Exhibit strong leadership behaviors in conjunction with the 80/20 operating model.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA, CPA, or CMA certification a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of finance or accounting experience working with data analysis and modeling tools, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in excel and experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP preferred) and a global consolidation system.
  • Solid understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
