Mission
This position provides Human Resources leadership, guidance, and project support to the organization in areas related to regulatory compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, communications, organizational development, compensation, and payroll management.
Roles and Responsibilities

- The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide organizational support for all Atlas Copco group goals, projects, and awards assuring successful achievement of targets.
- Coordinate and administer annual Internship and Mentorship Programs.
- Assist with the hire-to-retire process for the Company, to include conduct new hire orientation sessions.
- Participate with Human Resource team in driving a successful employer branding program to include an embracing employee culture.
- Monitor employee engagement to ensure high level of productivity. Plan/assist with activities that create a positive impact such as employeeevents, rewards, and incentives.
- Administer compensation programs for salaried employees, including coordination of annual variable compensation and merit increase cycles as well as bi-weekly submission of payroll adjustment and payroll submission files.
- Promote learning and development initiatives that support the company's Cultural behaviors and assist with driving 100% completion of mandatory trainings assigned to the site.
- Lead employee relations solutions and investigations with quick resolution.
- Record and analyze turnover data, including conducting exit interviews, recommend, and implement specific activities aimed at improving employee retention and morale.
- With guidance from legal counsel, manage the immigration administration process as it relates to employment eligibility and visa process.
- As needed,coordinate efforts with International Remuneration and Benefits team to ensure proper management of expatriate and local plus benefits connected tointernal mobility.
- Maintain data necessary for monthly and quarterly people management reporting including but not limited to headcount evolution, sickleave and other key performance indicators relevant to the organization.
- Manage the HRMS system, including entry and maintenance of employee information and reporting while maintaining excellent data integrity and quality.
- Assist with payroll for all salaried, salaried non-exempt, and hourly employees. Administer compensation programs for all employees, including coordination of annual variable compensation and merit increase cycles.
- Ensure that Atlas Copco programs, initiatives and goals support and comply with "The Way We Do Things".
- Manage annual EEO1 and Vets-100 Reporting
- Affirmative Action Plan management
- Assure compliance with ISO policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned involving both human resource administration and project work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- This position requires a minimum of a 4-year college or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, or similar and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PHR, SPHR and/or GPHR certification or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
- This position requires a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resource generalist roles. Human Resources experience working for a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times (occasionally).
