Role: Service Delivery Program Manager Location: Chicago, IL -3 days on site a week Duration: 11+ Months Responsibilities: Managing multiple enterprise-wide programs. Programs include vulnerability management, vendor management, and risk/compliance management. Oversees contracts, licensing, and project metrics. Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) on a quarterly basis to senior leadership (e.g., BUCIO). Engaging with senior directors and CIO direct reports. Tracking vulnerabilities and problem management across applications (particularly in the wealth management sector). Experience and Skills Required 8-10 years of experience in program or project management, particularly in service delivery and managing enterprise-wide programs. Experience using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow. Familiarity with vulnerability tracking and problem management, as well as risk and compliance. Strong communication skills, especially for presentations and interacting with senior leadership. Tools/Systems: ServiceNow for vulnerability and problem management tracking. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Overseeing and tracking vulnerabilities, incidents, and problems for wealth management applications. Collaborating with horizontal program management teams, such as those handling vulnerability and security management. Preparing and presenting reports to senior leadership (e.g., BUCIO). Managing service delivery functions related to tracking and reporting IT problems and incidents. Qualifications Education: Must have bachelor's degree Specific Projects: The Program Manager will oversee the vulnerability management program, ensuring scans are run, and vulnerabilities are assigned and tracked. Additionally, they will be involved in problem management processes (e.g., tracking incidents, problems, and changes) across IT functions. The role is focused on service delivery within the IT domain, particularly concerning wealth management applications.
