The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$56,600.00 - $84,800.00

Purpose Statement: We are currently looking for a talented SSIS Developer with experience in enterprise integration development. SSIS Developers work with IT and business team members to design, develop, test, implement, manage, and support a variety of solutions that facilitate the movement of business data within the Plexus Corp. environment, integrations to customers and vendors, and with third party systems. Additionally providing Customer Service Excellence while supporting and improving the solutions.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Represent the Integrations team as a global team member to design enterprise solutions by working with IT team members and business users to understand project requirements and deliver successful design, implementation, and post implementation support.

  • Develop with the appropriate development platform(s) to execute business requirements and ensure post implementation success.

  • Develop integration processes that extract, transform, load (ETL) data between databases, flat files, external and internal sources/systems.

  • Maintain existing and develop new integration solutions to support business requirements.

  • Collaborate in continuous support and management of the integration layer

  • Participate in new technology opportunities that will have an impact on the enterprise application integration system(s).

  • Document and cross-train team members for support continuity.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Work Management - Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.

  • Service Levels - Drive value back into the business through on-time and within budget delivery of IT projects and services which meet agreed-to functionality and scope.

  • System Accuracy - Design, run and monitor software tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging. This includes, but is not limited to, requirement fulfillment, regression, performance and application interoperability.

  • Technical Competency - Maintain technical skills and conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts which will position Plexus for the future.

  • Regulatory Compliance - Ensure that solutions support Plexus and customer policies surrounding key controls and compliance, such as SOX, ITAR, EAR, FDA, Segregation of Duties, and others as appropriate.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.

Other Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) preferred.

  • Proficiency with data integration concepts for sourcing, extracting, staging, mapping, transforming and loading using SSIS is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle relational databases (RDBMS).

  • Proficiency in creating DB objects, such as tables, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, etc.

  • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and other integration applications would be advantageous.

  • Develop integration solutions that are reliable, scalable, flexible and safeguard data.

  • Consistently follow and adhere to the IT's change management process.

  • Collaborate and liaise with database administrators, systems administrators, business analysts and application analysts to make sure the integration process works and performs as efficiently as possible.

  • A high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously meeting business project deadlines/milestones.

  • Process improvement and leveraging best practices.
