Roles and Responsibilities

As the Marketing Communications Coordinator for Ammega Americas, you will play a vital role in supporting the Americas Strategic Marketing team in operationalizing the execution of marketing activities that drive business success across all AMMEGA product brands: Ammeraal Beltech, Chemprene, uni, MIR Belting, Megadyne, and Jason. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the Americas marketing team to ensure seamless execution of various marketing initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Events & Trade Shows Organization: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and trade shows following the marketing step-by-step process, including pre-exhibition planning, training, on-site execution and post exhibition analysis. Manage event logistics, booth set-up, and marketing collateral preparation to ensure a strong brand presence. Track and evaluate event ROI to improve future activations.
  • Marketing Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of marketing materials and coordinate reorders as needed. Oversee the inventory tracking system in Monday.com to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Marketing Vendor Management: Liaise with marketing vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality production of marketing materials. Research and onboard new vendors to ensure cost-effective marketing production by evaluating at least three quotes for each project.
  • Shipment Request: Manage internal and external shipment request for marketing materials and promotional items. Implement an online ordering system with approval workflow for streamlined inventory management. Ensure timely shipment of marketing materials to events and trade shows.
  • Marketing Materials Production & Payment: Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Work with finance teams to ensure vendor registration and payment related to marketing materials production.
  • Subscription Services Management: Manage subscriptions services used by the marketing teams, such as Lumen, Social Sprouts, Inter-company Store, etc. Oversee annual contract renewals, negotiations, and the addition of new services to optimize marketing performance.
  • Industry Association Management: Create and maintain a database on Monday.com with all industry associations that the organization is a member of; understand all benefits of all memberships and make sure we're using it all on an annual basis. Define business representative that will build and maintain relationships with industry associations and actively participate in related activities. Keep record of all benefits gained of membership. Coordinate renewal process and make sure approved industry associations are included in the annual budget.
  • Marketing teams Collaboration: Work with the Americas Marketing Strategic teams to ensure product brand guidelines are implemented across all channels and to focus marketing communications activities in key strategic areas.
  • Marketing Budget: Provide input for marketing budget regarding managed marketing communications activities and manage budget accordingly daily.
  • Annual Marketing Plan: Build marketing communications annual plan with a detailed yearly calendar of events and trade shows, industry association annual plan, merchandising annual plan, trade marketing activities plan, etc.
  • Other activities include assisting with public relations initiatives and supporting social media efforts, as well as contributing to the employee advocacy program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
  • Experience in previous marketing roles, industrial or B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and flexible to jump to help in different projects as needed.
  • Pro-active attitude, self-motivated, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with external partners and marketing agencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing software/tools. Power BI, social media management tools and Salesforce are desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to events and trade shows as needed (~20% of the time).
  • Ability to work with global teams and in a matrix organization.
  • Must be able to work in the US.
