You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including store planning, media, brand, local marketing agencies, dealer and master agents partners, to drive overall brand success. You will be looking to engage the target customer through local, community-focused initiatives (e.g., sponsorship of local events, partnership with community colleges, etc.) that ultimately drive customer consideration and traffic to the exclusive stores and TotalWireless.com to switch their wireless provider. Initially, this role will focus on the Total Wireless brand, but the expectation is that it will expand to other portfolio brands as well.

  • Develop and implement localized marketing strategies for multiple markets within the assigned region, aligning with overall company goals and objectives. Tailor campaigns to meet the unique needs of each territory, ensuring consistency and brand guidelines while addressing regional market dynamics.

  • Draft detailed marketing campaign briefs that outline objectives, target audiences, key message, timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and resonate with regional audiences.

  • Act as the primary marketing expert within local markets across the region, utilizing customer demographic and brand position information to craft and execute successful field marketing strategies.

  • Identify ways to boost store traffic and awareness within local markets, and own the last mile, through creative local marketing initiatives.

  • Serve as regional marketing lead for sales, store owner and master agent leadership teams (front door to marketing within the regions).

  • Forge strategic partnerships with dealer owner operators and master agent partners to amplify brand visibility and drive traffic to stores.

  • Identify and support focused events that tie into the Total Wireless overall marketing vision and brand strategy; potential to expand to other portfolio brands in the future.

  • Collaborate with the retail experience team to develop marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials tailored to local market preferences and brand guidelines.

  • Identify sponsorship opportunities and coordinate activation strategies for local events, sports teams, and charity events to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the field marketing toolkit, outlining the guidelines for field marketing activities and co-op governance within the region.

  • Provide agency/vendor execution oversight, as needed.

  • Work with the store opening team to plan and coordinate exciting new store launch events.

  • Present compelling event proposals and execute events within timeline and budget constraints.

  • Track and manage budget for local brand efforts by market and co-op spending by store.
