Reporting to the VP Global Marketing and serving as an integral member of the marketing / commercial global team, the Marketing Manager Americas will provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to Falcon Lease Marketing with a specific focus on the Americas. This role is accountable for the overall performance of Falcon Lease marketing efforts in the Americas and for supporting the wider Global Marketing efforts.

Role and Responsibilities



  • Drive and Oversee Americas Marketing
  • Provide marketing reports/input on global client activities in the Americas region
  • Work jointly with Marketing team to achieve budgets/goals and meet customers' demands/requests.
  • Establish and maintain management team relationships; including but not limited to prospects, clients & vendors as well as colleagues.
  • Provide suggestion and guidance to enhance and maintain procedures and processes to achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide support and input for container tracking system development/enhancement.
  • Provide leadership to sales, operations and work closely with IT to ensure technology initiatives are implemented consistently with a firm technology strategy.
  • Provide input & Direction for the implementation of new programs, staff functions and redesign systems that will improve productivity and enhance client satisfaction.



Qualifications and Education Requirements



  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or 10+ related experience in container leasing or shipping industry.
  • 3+ years of experience within the ISO Tank and/or ISO container global market
  • Proven track record of leading a successful sales marketing effort.
  • Proven track record of managing wide range of relationships, including customers, vendors and suppliers.
  • Prior experience working with container tracking systems .
  • Reasonable background knowledge in the ISO Tank Market/ISO container market


Skills



  • Experience in the Container leasing or shipping industry highly preferred.
  • In Depth Technical knowledge of ISO Tanks specifications an advantage
  • Ability to communicate with all level of organization.
  • Potential for personal growth / leadership capability.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) proficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and motivational skills.
  • Strong planning and execution skills, adaptability to change.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask as necessary to meet business goals.


Physical Demands



  • This job operates in a professional environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, printers and fax machines.
  • Travel is required.


Work Environment

USA Home Office and preferably in the Houston area
