Client Administrator Your tasks
Position Summary Liaison between ARISE and client - main contact for all administrative functions relating to the client. Perform all actions necessary to effectively manage the coordination of accounts. Duties include, but are not limited to, direct client relations via phone and email, set up of account in online database, ensuring client servicing requests are being met, providing stewardship and renewal reports to internal and external clients. Responsibilities Set up new clients in Jurisdiction Online database; including entering contact information for each location and continuing upkeep of accounts as locations are added, removed, and renewed. Reach out to client contact to confirm location changes if needed and get updated location contacts if existing contact isn't valid; track and follow up as necessary Interface with Account Managers on additional quotes for work requested outside contract scope Notify Contract Services when locations are added or removed via Add/Drop Form For accounts shared with GRC verify file numbers from GRIPPS; ensure locations and file numbers match in JO and add any additional locations to GRIPPS Daily maintenance of information in the Jurisdiction Online Database, i.e. contacts, locations, objects, schedules, certificate expiration dates, locations on the passive page Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual stewardship reports as required by clients Work with Account Managers and clients to make necessary updates to Account Servicing Instructions and communicate changes to affected parties. Respond to questions and requests from Account Manager, Client Representatives and or Broker via phone, email, or Teams meeting Your qualifications
Education & Experience High School or Equivalent plus 2-3 years administrative experience Specific Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Ability to interface directly with clients via phone, e-mail and Teams Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to quickly learn new software Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced office environment Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fundamental competencies form the foundation for individual and organizational success in TUV SUD and apply to all employees and showcase behaviors aligned to TUV SUD values and culture cornerstones and will be evaluated in performance assessments.: Communication Collaboration Customer Orientation Self- Management Additional Information
