We're on the lookout for a dynamic and adventurous Experiential Learning Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll lead thrilling adventure-based activities that engage, challenge, and inspire change, all while ensuring our clients feel safe and supported. What You'll Do: Lead the Adventure: Facilitate a variety of exhilarating experiential adventure activities that keep safety at the forefront while igniting the spirit of exploration in our clients. Team Up for Success: Collaborate with our Experiential Learning Coordinator or Clinical Supervisor to craft unique experiential activities that resonate with our clients' needs and aspirations. Connect the Dots: Host engaging process group sessions where clients can reflect on their experiences and draw powerful connections to their own life journeys. Coordinate the Fun: Partner with off-site vendors to set up thrilling activities that will keep our clients excited and engaged. Be a Motivator: Interact with clients in our vibrant milieu, encouraging them to dive into activities and embrace new challenges. Safety First: Promote the proper care and usage of our adventure equipment and facilities, while keeping a keen eye on safety through regular inspections. Document the Journey: Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner, ensuring we meet our established standards. Communicate and Collaborate: Keep the lines of communication open with clinicians and direct care staff to create a seamless experience for our clients. Facilitate Adventures Everywhere: Lead both on-site and off-site experiential activities that foster personal growth and unforgettable memories. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in counseling, recreation, or related field required. Compensation for this role ranges from $25.00- $32.85 hr. depending on education and experience.
