Forvis Mazars is seeking a Marketing Senior Associate to support several aspects of marketing and business development. This individual will work with the New York Metro marketing team in all aspects of marketplace marketing, including strategic growth, client and prospect pursuits, trade associations and publications, advertising, collateral management, strategic research, and conference planning. This individual will collaborate with the Marketing Senior Managers and Managers and numerous partners-including office leaders, and other Marketing & Business Development personnel on brand development and awareness and will help develop strategies and tactics to achieve these goals.. How you will contribute: Collaborating with key leaders and trusted advisors within the NY Metro practice unit to identify and pursue marketplace business opportunities and coordinating marketing strategies Supporting marketplace business development efforts through proposal assistance and presentation development, prospecting, industry and market tracking and research, and marketing collateral management Assisting in planning and execution of internal and external events, including educational seminars, conferences, roundtables, speaking engagements, and tradeshows Assisting the development and execution of strategic communication plans that initiate sales opportunities and build brand awareness through public relations, sponsorships, digital marketing and social media, advertising, and direct marketing campaigns Managing local CRM (Dynamics 365), including data entry and maintenance, list development, and reporting and analysis Assisting with coordinating strategic community involvement and sponsorships We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: Excellent project management, writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills Effective listening skills and is someone who builds quick rapport and nurtures internal relationships with a diverse audience of firm leaders Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality control consciousness and a sharp eye for detail Ability to travel to Forvis Mazars related events as needed Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field 1-3 years of experience required, 3-5 years preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in D365 or other CRM knowledge a plus #LI-ISELIN, #LI-LINY, #LI-NYC #LI-MM1 New York City Pay Transparency Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs. New York Salary Range: NY Minimum Salary (USD) $ 75,000 NY Maximum Salary (USD) $ 90,000
