Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Gather and analyze data requirements from end-users and data analysts.
• Develop and maintain data models and data visualizations that provide valuable insights into our business operations.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to integrate business intelligence solutions with other systems and applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to use business intelligence solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest business intelligence technologies and recommend solutions to improve our business intelligence capabilities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (preferred); Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience: Three (3) years of related experience
• Certificate/License: Industry-related certification(s) preferred
