The Career Development Coordinator will provide essential support the Senior Executive Director of The Center for Career and Professional Development supporting the Daytona Beach Campus, Prescott Campus and Worldwide Campus. This role involves managing logistics for the Eagle Career Champions Sponsorship Program sponsor commitments, facilitating technical aspects of COIN (the Co-Op Assistance registration tool), and fostering strong employer relations to enhance career opportunities for students across Daytona Beach, Prescott, and Worldwide campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Executive Director with contracts, invoicing, tasks, and project management for the Eagle Career Champions Sponsorship Program, including event planning, room reservations, creating agendas, overall communication with sponsors, and tracking program outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with career center staff to communicate and highlight employer job postings, internships, and networking opportunities for students.
  • Organize and assist in promotion of employer career development events on and off campus, site visits, and employer data tracking and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for tracking key performance indicators for all three campuses as determined by the Senior Executive Director.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to enhance career services and resources.
  • Maintain cohesive website content representing all three campuses, ensuring that information is up-to-date, accurate, and reflective of the unique offerings and events at each campus.
  • Track vendor relationships for products and initiatives that support the three campuses
  • Monitor budget and submit invoices and requisitions as needed.
Qualifications

Required Education: Associate's Degree or Completion of Program of 18+ months after high school.
