Description of Job Have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy fixing things? Join the Mines Structural Trades team in this exciting position. The purpose of this position is to provide quality general maintenance, with a primary focus on painting and drywall repairs. Additional responsibilities include interior and exterior maintenance such as repairing walls, ceilings, roofing, doors, windows, and flooring, as well as assisting with snow removal. This position may also involve minor furniture and appliance repairs to ensure a well-maintained and functional environment. It provides all related services necessary to maintain facilities in good working condition, meeting all standards and codes in order to support the mission of a thriving campus with facilities totaling 2.4 million square feet comprising of 474 acres. Necessary Special Requirements A current Colorado Driver's License is required and must be maintained during employment. A copy of your current motor vehicle record (MVR) will be required as a condition of hire. Must be physically able to perform strenuous physical labor including lifting 100 pounds.
