Payroll Clerk

IES Electrical is seeking a Payroll Clerk in Lincoln, Norfolk, Grand Island, Kearney or Holdrege, NE.

Job Summary

• Collect and verify timekeeping records
• Process information into software systems
• Assist with day-to-day payroll and record-keeping operations
• Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments including Accounting and HR

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with UKG a plus
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office program skills including Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles
