The Role

The Social Media Marketing Strategistcreates quality content to promote the company's EVP across social media platforms. They identify target audiences and schedule posts to maximize social media exposure. They also keep up to date with the latest social media trends. They will develop content to market the brand of the entire TA enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Owns, consults, and executes social media strategy and measurement of social platforms, understands social media best practices, and stays on top of trends and emerging media.
  • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our overall channel strategy, how those channels are performing, and where there is an opportunity to optimize.
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Manage and oversee social media content (Glassdoor/Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels as defined)
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create social media content calendars

Analysis & Reporting

  • Define the most important social media KPIs.
  • Track and analyze SEO in order to provide effective solutions for content optimization.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.

Collaboration

  • Partner with the content strategist and McKesson marketing team to develop content that aligns with the enterprise EVP and
  • Provide consultative services to DEI team to support goals and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with agencies and influencers to improve brand awareness

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent andtypically requires 10+ years ofrelevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master's or Doctorate qualification.

Critical Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing campaigns design and analytics
  • Analytical skills, including ability to understand a problem and propose innovative solutions
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment with tight turnaround times

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$104,800 - $174,600
