Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA) - Preadmission

Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI is seeking a .8 - 1.0 FTE Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join ourestablished Preadmissions Department. Gundersen is an award winning, integrated health system, employing over 500 physicians.

Practice highlights:

• Enjoy a Monday through Friday daytime schedule,no nights, no weekends, no call
• Work collaboratively with the support and collegiality of our anesthesiology, surgery, primary care, subspecialty consultative services, nursing and pharmacy teams to assess risk and medically optimize patients prior to undergoing procedures
• This practice is shared with a team of advanced practice providers

Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
