Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with extensive expertise in SAP S4 HANA Administration, SAP S4 HANA and S4 HANA Financials. Additionally experience in Warehouse Management Systems within the retail domain and Demand Management Consulting is essential.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S4 HANA solutions to meet business requirements.
• Supervise the administration and maintenance of SAP S4 HANA systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Guide on S4 HANA Financials to support financial operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP S4 HANA configurations and processes.
• Ensure the integration of Warehouse Management Systems within the retail domain to streamline operations.
• Conduct demand management consulting to optimize inventory and supply chain processes.
• Monitor system performance and solve issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Implement standard processes for data security and compliance within SAP S4 HANA environments.
• Train and mentor junior team members to build a deep technical team.
• Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.

• 15+ years of relevant SAP experience.
• Possess extensive experience in SAP S4 HANA Administration SAP S4 HANA and S4 HANA Financials.
• Demonstrate expertise in Warehouse Management Systems within the retail domain.
• Solid background in Demand Management Consulting.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Show proficiency in project planning and execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
• Demonstrate the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
• Possess strong documentation and technical writing skills.

SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP S/4HANA SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $156,000 - $212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
