Under the general supervision of the DWIHN Call Center Administrator and direct supervision of the Call Center Manager, the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Technician is responsible for conducting initial eligibility screenings, electronic case reviews, providing authorizations, and care management services. Work is performed in an office or home setting, as assigned. NOTE: The DWIHN Call Center is a 24/7 operation. Employees in the Call Center may be required to work one of three shifts (Days, Afternoons, Midnights) and weekends.
