Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree / Master's Degree / MBA and 12 years of general industry experience or 6 years consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm
• 2 year of management experience
• Strategy Development/Planning/Implementation: Strong knowledge of corporate strategy core skill sets; strong experience formulating, planning, and implementing strategy.
• Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Strong ability to lead quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations/prioritize new opportunities to pursue.
• Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal oversight.
• Project Management: Strong experience managing complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Strong ability to build strong connections with people and teams, drive results by working across the matrixed environment, and work directly with senior leadership.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior executives; robust verbal, written and visual communications skills.
• Team Leadership and Development: Strong experience leading and proactively developing team members.
• Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, MD, JD, or PhD.
• Experience supporting payer clients at a top tier consulting firm.
• Experience planning and driving enterprise growth strategy.
• Health insurance payer experience including group and commercial plans
• Deep experience developing and cascading overall corporate strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

This is a hybrid role located in our Chicago office.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
