Job Summary This position is responsible for providing strategic direction to the enterprise in the areas of executive talent acquisition, including developing comprehensive executive search strategies and succession planning. Incumbent will lead a team of recruiters, partnering with assigned areas of business to develop a talent pipeline strategies to attract and retain key talent. Incumbent will lead, manage and maintain key relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to ensure a world class experience for both the candidate and the leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree and 10 years of Human Resources experience OR 12 years Human Resources experience.
  • 6 years' experience in demonstrated executive (C-suite) recruiting, leadership abilities and sound decision-making.
  • 3 years' experience managing people, including performance management.
  • Exhibited negotiation skills; initiative, analytical ability, planning and organizational skills; verbal, written and interpersonal skills to interact with various internal and external sources.
  • Exhibited relationship building skills.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, internal policies and procedures, and organizational changes that may impact HR information.
  • Experience with succession planning
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems.
  • SPHR
  • Experience using Workday
  • Project management work experience on a corporate level.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$130,800.00 - $242,800.00
