How will you make a difference to PMI?

Experienced strategic and analytical Manager, Web Content & Optimization to lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our website content and user experience. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), ensuring that our digital presence drives engagement, traffic, and business results.

What you'll bring to the role:



  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including web content authors, UX, and SEO, Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end web content lifecycle, including strategy development, content creation, audits, governance, and optimization to ensure alignment with business goals, audience needs, and SEO best practices.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring messaging consistency and effectiveness across digital channels in collaboration with marketing, product, design, and brand teams.
  • Plan, create, and optimize website content to ensure it is engaging, accessible, SEO-friendly, and conversion-focused.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and collaborate with developers on schema markup, site structure, and indexation improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, including search rankings, organic traffic, user behavior, and content performance, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Conduct A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and user behavior research to continuously improve engagement, conversion rates, and the overall user experience.
  • Own and manage the overall site experience, ensuring it is user-friendly, secure, and optimized for performance, including site navigation, design, and content layout enhancements.
  • Optimize the checkout process and product discoverability, addressing customer pain points and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and sales.
  • Manage the onboarding of new products, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, videos, and related content such as guides and blog posts.
  • Lead the development and management of a site editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with the marketing and promotional calendar for a dynamic and fresh website experience.
  • Partner with the Web Platforms Lead to monitor, track, and resolve website issues, and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
  • Play a key role in strategic initiatives, including the relaunch of PMI.org, focusing on enhancing user experience and maximizing conversions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging ecommerce technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.



Role Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 + years of professional experience in relevant fields, with:
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in website experience management and/or digital marketing
  • 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects
  • Extensive experience with B2C and B2B eCommerce
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and analytics
  • Experience leading teams in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric project environment
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management and web marketing, with a track record of achieving online sales and marketing goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
  • Experience using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or to determine digital & ecommerce site performance
  • Strong project management and budget management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under multiple project deadlines while maintaining a sense of urgency
  • Strategic thinker who is results oriented/proven track record of driving results
