Sales Administrator - Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities

- Maintain schedules for sales team and coordinate any travel required for business purposes.
- Manage expenses for local sales team.
- Coordinate emails to customers.
- Run various reports as requested.
- Assist with all project consultant technology questions (iPads, various systems).
- May include some overlap in assisting the General Manager with special projects and events.

Qualifications

- Experience with technology (Apple OS a plus)
- MS Office experience - Excel, Outlook, Word
- Initiative to get the job done
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to juggle many things simultaneously
