The ideal candidate will have experience managing Salesforce instances, ensuring optimal performance, user adoption, and system efficiency. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various teams.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user account management, security settings, and data integrity.Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process automation, and validation rules to support business needs.Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure stability.Implement data management best practices, including deduplication and data cleansing.Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.Stay updated on new Salesforce features and capabilities and recommend improvements.Assist in system integrations with third-party applications and other business platforms.Ensure compliance with Salesforce with best practices, governance, and security protocols.Primary job responsibilities are those which an employee must be able to perform with or without accommodation. Requirements
Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and management.Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, workflows, process automation, and data structures.Experience with data migration tools and techniques, including Data Loader and third-party applications.Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in training and supporting end-users in a professional setting.Preferred Education and Experience:Salesforce Product Owner certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator) preferred.Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce products.Knowledge of third-party Salesforce applications and integrations (e.g., Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Pardot).Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS No travel requirements specified.WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
