JOB TITLE: VP, Enterprise Transformation

JOB SUMMARY

This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide and global business transformation initiatives. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the organization's competitiveness externally and operational efficiency, streamlining business processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The VP will drive scalable growth by continuously enhancing processes and systems to meet evolving business needs and customer expectations. Key focus areas include:



  • Customer and Market-focused processes, structure and discipline to build for tomorrow
  • Enterprise-wide process optimization and global standardization
  • Driving operational excellence and scalability across business functions to create foundation for $5B company
  • Embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization


ESSENTIAL DUTIES



  • Develop and implement global business excellence strategy and supporting roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build a team focused on discovering, researching, improving and integrating next-generation practices, forward looking processes and solutions that create value and enables profitable growth across the enterprise.
  • Strategically collaborate with executive leadership to identify critical improvement initiatives that bridge the gap between current operations and future capabilities to position the company for sustainable growth.
  • Lead and influence across the organization to make the work and processes visible, then radically rethink how the work gets done for continued growth and future success.
  • Create a space for pilots and experimentation, monitor for quick learning and further implementation, scale and then embed into the way we work.
  • Ensure that before automation the work is well understood and that the right work is being prioritized to achieve reliable, impactful results.
  • Oversee the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs to achieve key business outcomes, create enterprise value, enhance agility and enable the business to successfully scale.
  • Coach and advise on strategic projects and rapid improvement (kaizen) events through both a hands-on and influential approach.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration, innovation, creativity, and a mindset of continuous learning.
  • Champion process improvement, operational excellence and continuous improvement capabilities across the enterprise to support excellence in planning and execution of business goals.
  • Serve as a catalyst for change that achieves sustainable and scalable workplace systems - policies, processes, practices, and norms while partnering with stakeholders and across departments to ensure alignment and sustainable organizational change.
  • Partner with communication teams to integrate communication and change management strategies into existing communication mechanisms internally and externally.
  • Establish governance structures to sustain continuous improvement efforts and to fully embed new ways of working into the organization to achieve long-term efficiency and effectiveness.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Master's degree preferred



Experience



  • 15 + years of business process improvement or related fields.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, global process improvement initiatives that drive business impact.
  • Demonstrated Commercial experience engaging with external stakeholders, customers and partners



Skills



  • In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Change Management and/or Agile.
  • Track record of successfully leading and implementing large scale, complex improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business issues and turn vision and strategy into practical, actionable, and quantifiable plans.
  • Results-driven, inclusive leadership with a focus on accountability and execution.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities in a growing company.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to pressure-test assumptions and drive fact-based decision-making.
  • Ability to prioritize improvement opportunities by assessing potential impact versus implementation effort, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to initiatives that yield the highest return on investment and align with strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive higher levels of business performance and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.



Certificates, Licenses, Registrations



  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant process improvement methodologies.

Target Pay Range:$275,900.00to$344,900.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data

Target Bonus on Base:45.0%
