This role under the Platforms Portfolio Execution Office (PEO) will be responsible for managing the portfolio assessment , transformation strategy and execution. The primary responsibilities include conducting initial Agile team assessments, recommending and assisting in implementing Agile team structures, and providing coaching, mentoring, and support to Platforms Portfolio teams.

Essential Functions

  • Provide training in Agile principles and practices, guiding teams and stakeholders in defining vision, goals, and objectives, and working on complex problems with creative and resourceful solutions
  • Responsible for providing training and coaching to other Agile coaches, and promoting Agile ways of working through Agile, SAFe, and LEAN principles
  • Educates employees at all levels, including other Agile coaches, core product roles, and leaders, to equip them with the necessary skills for a successful organization-wide culture of value delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Develops and delivers workshops and sessions, as well as providing direct coaching support to teach valuable continuous improvement and Agile skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Thorough understanding and experience with Agile and Lean values and concepts, scaling with the SAFe framework, and organizational change management.
  • Demonstrated coaching experience
  • An active Certified SAFe Program Consultant certification, along with Agile Coaching certification.
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools like Version One, JIRA, and TFS are essential.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

DomicileInformation:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Minimum Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business required.

Minimum Experience

Seven (7) years of industry or business/technology support experience, including five (5) years of demonstrated experience providing coaching and training for Agile teams and leaders, particularly in advanced Agile concepts.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
