Job Overview
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, managing, and optimizing the training initiatives to ensure operational excellence and safety in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding the technical skills needed in a manufacturing environment and implementing effective training programs to enhance employee skills and compliance with industry standards. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with the plant manager and other department heads. A Day In The Life
