Solution Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Solution Architecture Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Collaborate as a key member of the Sales Team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups and align the solution with final terms and conditions.
  • Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach.
  • Prepare the spend estimate, schedule, work plan, and resource sourcing plan.
  • Create a detailed cost estimate of the solution by leveraging standard process methods, tools, and the right collection of offerings.
  • Articulate all details and specifications of the proposed solution in a solution plan, the final proposal, and client facing documents.
  • Coordinate and lead all solution approvals.
  • Interface with delivery organizations to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver.
  • Ensure delivery architecture is designed according to policies standards and solution is benchmarked internally and externally.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of marketplace intelligence trends and competition to provide market leading perspectives, emerging trends, tools, and techniques that can be effectively utilized to develop and promote business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Solution configuration or deal shaping for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO);
  • Defining client requirements and performing due diligence assessments;
  • Using a data-driven approach (using benchmarks and performance measures) to define and shape a tailored value proposition and articulate key differentiators;
  • Crafting and completing key Solution Architecture documents, such as Staffing Plans, Delivery Location Strategy Roadmaps and Solution Plans;
  • Working and building up complex financial models to define the proposed solutions, costs, and pricing;
  • Supporting the Sales Team in commercial shaping and negotiation of contract terms and conditions; and
  • Working with Delivery Teams or Transition Teams to enable an effective and conscientious transition of the Solution during the Transition phase.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Managing and coordinating high performance teams; and
  • Engaging in conversations with the client or Sales Teams to understand the client business strategy, client ecosystem, and value drivers.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant tothe California Transparency Bill,the offered wage for thisroleis $191,048.00 per year.
