We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr Deal Closing Specialist to join our Private Credit Investment Management team in Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating deals from trade approval through to funding, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration across all involved parties. How you will make an impact: Due Diligence: Coordinate due diligence processes, ensuring all required information is collected and reviewed. Execution:
Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (legal, operations, treasury, compliance, risk management) and external stakeholders (banks, legal advisors).
Compliance: Ensure all deals comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. OFAC). Reporting: Generate and present reports on deal status, highlighting any potential risks or delays. Expertise and Innovation: Leverage specialized depth and breadth of experience to serve as an expert in private credit deal closing. Enhance the function while applying functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems and recommend best practices with new perspectives. Leadership and Independence: Work independently with minimal guidance, acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead functional teams or projects, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration across all involved parties. The experience you bring:

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
