Location

Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center(OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.

The property includes an all-day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (RareBird Gift Shop). Additionally, guests can enjoy a Mokara Spa, fitness center and a rooftop pool and bar (CatBird Seat) complete with a fire pit, outdoor lawn and cabanas. The hotel offers 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space inclusive of a 20,000 square foot ballroom, 10,000 square foot ballroom, and a 4,200 square foot outdoor pre-function space that overlooks the park.



Job Description

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking a customer focused and detail driven Loyalty Ambassador to join our team. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a true outdoor recreation, entertainment and culinary destination paying homage to the heritage and modern progress of the city. With 605 guest rooms and suites, the luxury hotel will showcase views of the 70-acre Scissortail Park and the downtown skyline with 75,000 square feet of meeting and event space, sports bar, specialty restaurant, coffee shop and a retail venue.

This team member will be the guest liaison for Select Guests.

Responsibilities

    To liaise with Front Office/ for details of groups, VIPs, Select Guest, promotions and packages.
  • Welcome Select Guests upon arrival and ensure all their requests and needs are met throughout their stay.
  • Resolve any concerns or issues with Select Guest, communicating any needs or special requests to fellow hotel departments.
  • Communicate directly with guests, both in person and by telephone.
  • Conduct guest room inspections prior to Select Guest arrivals
  • Schedule pre-arrival calls accordingly and spot checks proper execution
  • Create relationships with current and prospective Select Guest members and follow through with any complaints
  • Create unique and personalized WOW moments at every opportunity.
  • Lead training for new associates on the Select Guest programs as appropriate for each job function.
  • Ensure entry of, manage, adjust and correct all assigned room blocks.
  • Notify CSM when room types are oversold and return booking notice to sales manager for corrections.
  • Maintain Corporate enrollment expectations, coach Front Office team when necessary to help achieve enrollment goals

  • Create in house enrollment contests in addition to brandwide initiatives

  • Assist Front Office with arrival/departure experience when necessary

  • Carry out all reasonable requests from management.


Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Abilty to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of local community and surrounding areas.
  • Previous experience in high customer contact environment; with previous experience answering customer questions and handling customer concerns.
  • Must be service and detail oriented, possessing a friendly approachable demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must be able to operate Open Table, Alice, SpaSoft, Opera PMS, Delphi software programs.
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle guest concerns according to a 5-diamond service level.
