Overview

The Training Coordinator will facilitate the execution of training programs within the organization. This position is primarily responsible for Learning Management System (LMS) administration, coordinating learning activities, communicating training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and supporting the Corporate Training Manager in designing training content.


Responsibilities

    LMS Administration: administrate the Learning Management System (LMS) by enrolling users, assigning courses, tracking progress, providing technical support, updating training materials, and analyzing usage reports
  • Coordination of Learning Activities: Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules. Ensure the availability of resources and materials, maintain training calendars, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning activities
  • Supporting Training Content Design: Assist in designing training content, conduct research on best practices, provide feedback on training materials, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Training Program Communication: Communicate training program details through various channels, create engaging content, address employee questions, and develop newsletters and updates
  • Fostering a Culture of Learning: Promote a culture of continuous learning, encourage employee participation, recognize achievements, and collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs
  • Training Facilitation: Conduct training sessions for corporate HR learning programs, ensuring that all new employees receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing development opportunities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
  • The wage range for this position is $25.73-$36.32 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience


Qualifications

Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Required)

Experience
* 1+ years experience in corporate training, LMS administration, or a similar role. (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail High
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization. Medium
* Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems and other training-related software. Medium
* Must be able to work and collaborate in a team setting, across multiple time zones and global geographies. Medium
* Passion for promoting learning and development within the organization. Medium
* Proficiency in common business software applications (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom) with ability to learn instructional design applications (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Canva) Medium
* Individual must have a self-starter mentality and is adaptive and flexible, with an ambition to develop skills in Instructional Design and Training Facilitation. High

Licenses and Certifications
* Certified Instructional Designer - (Preferred) or
* Corporate Trainer Certification-MSI Certified - (Preferred) or
* PHR or SHRM-CP - (Preferred)
