The Customer Solutions Admin Specialist role uses technical knowledge to assist with product warranty claim determination to support end users, customers, and third-party contractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Use Enterprise Application Software and CRM Systems to document and manage service functions.
  • Assist with contracting and provide basic technical product support and guidance to third-party service contractors.
  • Assists in the coordination of service work done by authorized service agents.
  • Assists in case review to provide product warranty claim determination.
  • Works closely with the regional Sales staff and authorized service agencies to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • A self-starter with ability to work in a team-oriented call-center support environment.
  • Effectively communicate at different levels of the organization both internally & externally.
  • Collaborates with other internal departments on understanding and resolving problems.
  • Full cycle claim handling or Field service coordination experience
  • Less than 5% travel may be required for training or customer support
  • And other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in the HVAC or boiler industry

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical experience working with and troubleshooting complex systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail are required.
  • Able to communicate technical information easily.
  • Good organization skills and able to work on several ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient personal computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Requires well-developed multitasking and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail oriented. Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze information.

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds alone. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
