Provide direction, coaching, and oversight of staff that support the Provider Network. Responsible for team performance and development efforts to support company goals and operational performance.
Responsible for coordinating tasks, assigning, distributing, and monitoring work of team members, ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely processing of work With general assistance from manager, oversees and leads implementation of internal policies, procedures, system updates, and Board directives Provide recommendations and support enhancements to the network Cultivate and build relationships with providers and business partners to ensure that company goals and objectives are met or exceeded Identify, recommend, coordinate, and administer training to ensure all employees receive appropriate information/instruction. Recommend and apply appropriate measurements of success Act as point of contact for escalated customer or internal business partner issues Coordinate with other departments/lines of business to facilitate special requests, resolve workflow or production issues Ability to champion an idea, position, or person despite opposition Ensure staff has resources required to conduct primary job effectively, resolving workflow/workload issues, when applicable Evaluate work outputs to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely results Job Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment Excellent analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and conflict management skills Demonstrated technical aptitude of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications Ability to quickly build relationships in an adversarial/controversial environment Strong organizational and project management skills, experience in managing projects and multiple tasks Proven ability to assess workload and workflow processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence change Strong public speaking or presentation skills Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead change efforts, manage conflict, and hold staff accountable for results Demonstrated ability to evaluate and leverage basic to intermediate reporting tools and system applications in order to effectively meet business needs Proven ability to handle a variety of work functions and strong time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the company Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties. Must be willing to work PST hours. Located remotely. #LI-VISIONCARE Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.
