The Challenge
Are you interested in the chance to work on creative software products that touches millions of customers across the world? If so, we are looking for a passionate engineer to join us. We are looking for someone who is technical, detail-oriented, driven, and passionate about mobile, build/test/release infrastructure and helping accelerate the pace of releases.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to the automation test framework and collaborate with Software Computer Scientists to ensure our services and products transition smoothly from development to rollout and production. You will also work on AI-driven development and DevOps tasks, requiring strong scripting and coding skills with a focus on scalability. We are automation experts and release masters.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain Playwright test scripts for website testing.
  • Support QE Team in Framework Enhancement:
  • Assist QE team members to improve the automation test framework.
  • Provide guidance and code support in the codebase.
  • Ensure robust test coverage across web application features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve flaky tests and improve test stability.
  • Create tools to monitor website performance, including:
  • Real time dashboards for tracking key metrics.
  • Quality dashboard for team efficiency

What you need to succeed

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in glass box quality engineer or software engineering
  • Strong experience with scripting languages, particularly Perl,
  • JavaScript/Typescript and/or Python.
  • Solid understanding of QE methodologies and best practices.
  • Quick learner and is always looking to improve yourself, and see challenges and setbacks as opportunities to learn
  • Experience in building monitoring tools (e.g., Postman, Splunk integrations) is a
  • plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with developers and QEs.
  • Experience with automated build systems such as Jenkins, or equivalent.
  • Experience with GIT or other SCM

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with software development, testing methodologies and product
  • development lifecycles
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of iOS, Android and macOS a plus
  • Experience with Photoshop or other creative software
  • AI driven development knowledge

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
