About the role:

This role reports directly to the Sr. Learning Manager - Manufacturing and is based out of Springfield TN. The Leadership & Development Trainer evaluates the needs of people leaders, creates, and facilitates leadership training programs enabling effective leadership in North American manufacturing and logistics facilities.

In collaboration with the Learning Center of Excellence (LCOE) and Human Resource teams you will foster an inclusive culture of respect and continuous improvement. Partners with stakeholders in North America to meet the unique needs of each manufacturing and logistics facility. Will empower leaders at all levels with tools to foster a healthy working environment where our employees are empowered to succeed.

What you'll do:

As a Leadership and development trainer, you will be responsible for evaluating the development needs, creating resources to enable leadership success, and measuring the success of the upskilling programs for people leaders at all levels in the Manufacturing and Logistics facilities in North America. If you have a proactive, agile approach, great analytical skills, and can easily collaborate with others, this is your chance! In detail, you will:

  • Continuously evaluate the leadership needs of assigned facilities
  • Align leadership upskilling efforts with production schedules and Electrolux production techniques
  • Partner with production and management stakeholders to foster an environment of open, transparent collaboration to meet development needs of specific working groups
  • Will work closely with local Learning Managers and assist with production learning activities when required, or as assigned by the Sr. Learning Manager.
  • Foster an environment of employee empowerment, assists with employee coaching, and working group feedback communications
  • Reports efforts and outcomes to the Facility, Human Resource, and LCOE managers

Who you are:

  • Experience and ability to conduct full training cycle from needs analysis to measurements of results
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft software suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to convey ideas through facilitation in small groups and classroom environments
  • Ability to effectively communicate to and develop teams at multiple levels from entry level to executive

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or relevant field
  • 3 or more years as a manufacturing leader or coach of manufacturing leaders

Where you'll be:

You will be based in the Springfield TN production facility. The position will be required to travel to production and logistics facilities across North America. Travel will not normally exceed 20% of the work schedule.
