Power Systems Product Support Sales Administrator -Piscataway NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Facilitate the renewal of existing Power Systems Customer Value Agreements.
  • Report out and communicate with PSSR's on CVA renewals.
  • Assist with analyzing Variance and Profitability of CVA contracts being renewed.
  • Prepare CVA renewal proposals and send to customers.
  • Assist with preparing Governmental and Private Maintenance bid opportunities.
  • Gain commitment, secure purchase orders and signed CVA agreements.
  • Prepare approved CVA renewal documents and forward to CVA Development Manager to renew existing customers, activate new customers, add additional services, and invoice Extended Service Coverage policies.
  • Administer Product Support Profile and Product Support KPI Dashboard indicating renewals sold, Additional Services Sold, Govt. bid won/loss, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Department to maintain & update Caterpillar / Foley Engine Product Support literature, and Foley website pages.
  • Work with Credit Dept. to make account/Credit Changes to existing CVA accounts.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
  • Evaluate customer inquiries from the Foley Web page and distribute to the appropriate department member for action.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Three years of direct work experience in an internal / external sales capacity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented, strong planning and time management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and other position related software.
