Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled SAP Specialist with deep expertise in SAP ABAP development and a strong focus on Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support our SAP S/4HANA environment. This role is essential in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to enhance business operations. Additionally, the specialist will play a critical role in our S/4HANA migration project, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ABAP development, a deep understanding of SAP SD and O2C processes, and experience working with S/4HANA architecture.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs (reports, enhancements, forms, interfaces, and conversions) to support SAP S/4HANA and O2C processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement end-to-end SAP O2C solutions in S/4HANA
• Support and enhance pricing, billing, order management, delivery, and credit management processes within SAP SD and FI area
• Optimize existing ABAP developments to align with SAP S/4HANA best practices, including the use of CDS views and RAP
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SD configuration, performance, and custom developments
• Work with SAP Workflow and SAP Business Rules Framework (BRF+) to automate approval function within O2C process
• Support the S/4HANA migration project, including code remediation, performance tuning, and testing activities
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security policies, and development guidelines
• Provide technical documentation, training, and support to business users and IT teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on SD and O2C processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including modern development techniques such as CDS views, and OData services
• Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration related to order management, pricing, billing, and credit management
• Experience working on S/4HANA migration projects, including code adaptation and optimization
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori development and integration with backend SAP systems
• Knowledge of SAP Workflow, BRF+, and event-driven programming in SAP
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and Web Services
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders

$90,000 - $120, 000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
