• This is an onsite position. Our corporate office is located at 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070

What you'll Do:

The Fleet Services Administrative Support I role is responsible for maintaining fleet-related documentation. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will come with a positive, team-oriented attitude as this is essential.

• Maintaining fleet-related documents such as:
  • Vehicle registrations
  • Plates
  • Titles
  • Insurance Cards
• Order, reassign, and block fuel cards.
• Issue and terminate driver fuel PINs.
• Accurately enter data in the fleet management system. Requires attention to detail.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements We Look For:

• Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Data Entry of 1-2 years.
• General clerical and administrative experience of 1-2 years.
• Must possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced and diverse organization.
• Must be highly organized and self-driven.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

• Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Microsoft Excel is a plus.
