Job Details The Executive Onboarding and Integration Manager is responsible for implementing, improving, and overseeing a world-class onboarding process for executive leaders (VP+) within the global organization. This role focuses on creating a seamless and engaging onboarding experience that aligns with the company's values and strategic goals while ensuring that new executives feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to contribute effectively to the organization from their first day. This role will independently work hand-in-hand with the recruiters, recruiting coordinator, HR Business Partners, HR COEs, hiring teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to provide a world class candidate & new employee experience for each executive. The ideal candidate excels at executive communication, systems thinking, influencing without authority, and building relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. This position offers the opportunity to impact the integration experience while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and requires the employee to be on site three to four (4) days per week. Strategic Program Implementation
